We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented EMEA Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and communication of loyalty marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role will focus primarily on supporting the growth and engagement of the Pro PERKS program, building strong relationships with key wholesalers, and ensuring localized adoption of loyalty campaigns. The ideal candidate combines channel marketing expertise, loyalty program knowledge, and a strong understanding of EMEA regional dynamics. They will be responsible for building co-branded marketing programs, communicating program benefits to contractors, and enabling sales and marketing teams with tools that drive program growth and ROI.
JOB DUTIES:
 
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement regional loyalty marketing strategies aligned with Resideo’s global loyalty vision and EMEA market objectives.
• Partner with wholesalers across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and other key markets to define joint go-to-market activities.
• Localize global campaign frameworks to meet the needs of contractors in EMEA.
• Align with the Loyalty leadership team to execute program milestones, including regional launches and ongoing growth initiatives.
Campaign Execution
• Plan and launch co-branded loyalty campaigns with wholesalers, including email, digital, in-branch, and event activations.
• Drive contractor engagement campaigns highlighting Pro PERKS benefits, product certificate promotions, and reward awareness.
• Support the creation of marketing toolkits, ensuring alignment with Resideo’s Design Language System (DLS).
Loyalty Enablement & Engagement
• Create training guides, communication plans, and onboarding tools to support wholesalers and contractors.
• Facilitate program onboarding and awareness webinars tailored for regional markets.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and adoption of Pro PERKS dashboards and program features.
Measurement & Optimization
• Track KPIs including program enrollment, contractor engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Report insights on regional Pro PERKS performance to leadership.
• Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and marketing toolkits, recommending improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the regional marketing liaison between global loyalty, local sales, and channel teams.
• Collaborate with product marketing, operations, IT, and finance to ensure aligned execution of loyalty campaigns.
• Share regional insights and best practices with global counterparts.
 
YOU MUST HAVE:
 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in B2B channel marketing, loyalty marketing, or contractor/wholesaler engagement.
• Proven success in executing co-branded programs and managing regional partner relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across markets.
• Proficiency with CRM, PRM, and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Impartner, HubSpot/Marketo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages preferred).
