SEO Manager (2 Positions)
Role Overview: Lead our SEO function end-to-end — owning strategy, performance, team growth, and results. You’ll guide both on-page and off-page SEO efforts, drive topical authority initiatives, and ensure SEO excellence across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement & measure holistic SEO strategies.
- Lead and mentor SEO Team Leads & Specialists.
- Coordinate with Outreach, Content, and Dev teams to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Track SEO performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

SEO Team Lead (4 Positions)
Role Overview: Take ownership of execution and strategy for key SEO initiatives. You’ll mentor Specialists, align team goals with business KPIs, and optimize on-page, technical & off-page SEO projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead SEO campaigns and ensure timely delivery of targets.
- Coach SEO Specialists and coordinate with Outreach teams.
- Run keyword research, competitor analysis & performance reporting.
- Implement technical fixes and content recommendations.
Ideal Background
- Proven SEO experience with leadership potential.
- Strong understanding of SEO metrics and optimization tactics.
SEO Specialist (5 Positions)
Role Overview: You’ll execute on-page and technical SEO tasks, focusing on keyword research, content optimization, and performance reporting to enhance organic growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research, metadata optimization, and internal linking.
- Assist in technical SEO audits and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Content teams on semantic SEO and topical authority.
- Monitor SEO metrics and generate insights.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
Outreach Specialist (10+ Positions)
Role Overview: Build high-quality backlinks and support off-page SEO growth. You will lead outreach campaigns, nurture influencer relationships, and secure valuable placements aligned with SEO goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify link opportunities and manage outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, webmasters, and industry partners.
- Track outreach performance and optimize strategies.
- Work closely with SEO Managers and Specialists to support content and link building.
