Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager – Marketing & Operations to join our team. This role focuses on driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement by closely collaborating with SDR, PPC, Leads, and Product teams.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and coordination skills, thrives in a cross-functional setup, and can translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve funnel performance, vendor engagement, and lead quality.
You’ll play a pivotal role in managing the full user journey, from acquisition to retention, ensuring a seamless experience that contributes directly to the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Acquisition
- Collaborate with SDR teams to monitor and enhance daily outbound performance.
- Track key SDR metrics, including demos booked, show rates, and rescheduled no-shows.
- Generate and analyze daily reports to evaluate lead activity and funnel health.
- Explore and test new acquisition channels (partnerships, outbound lists, paid, and organic).
- Optimize lead routing and demo scheduling workflows for improved efficiency.
2. User Retention & Lead Delivery
- Work closely with the PPC team to ensure traffic campaigns are delivered on time and optimized.
- Partner with the Leads Team to ensure:
- Timely delivery of qualified leads to vendors.
- Adherence to lead formatting and quantity SLAs.
- Research vendor ICPs and industries to refine targeting and improve lead relevance.
- Gather and share vendor feedback on lead quality and funnel performance with the retention and success teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support ongoing engagement and product adoption.
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain and update dashboards for key funnel metrics — demos, lead delivery, conversions, and retention.
- Provide weekly performance insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Track and analyze success KPIs across user acquisition and engagement functions.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Dev and PMO teams on product updates and release timelines.
- Liaise with inbound/product listing teams to ensure vendor profiles and product data are accurate and complete.
- Work closely with Client Advocacy teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and handoff processes.
- Collaborate with Product teams to relay user feedback and contribute to vendor portal improvements.
5. Sales Enablement
- Partner with BDMs to provide key insights such as traffic stats, campaign performance, and product offerings to support deal closures.
