Job Description
Join our Marketing team at Bosch for a transformative experience where you’ll apply your academic journey to real-world business impact. As an intern, you’ll work across digital campaigns (website and CRM maintenance) and broader projects that support brand growth and customer engagement. This is a full-time, 12-month opportunity based at our Clayton headquarters.

What You’ll Do
- Support campaign execution across digital channels to boost product awareness and sales
- Use data tools (Excel, visualization software) to track conversion rates and customer behaviour
- Assist in managing product listings on company-owned online stores
- Support rollout of marketing projects and complete a job rotation across departments
- Help create project documentation, track milestones, process invoices and support cross-functional collaboration
- Participate in team meetings, share ideas and collaborate with other student interns
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business with ideally 2 years completed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with data tools is a plus
- Experience/exposure to website maintenance tools, Photoshop, video editing software
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving, growth mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Experience working in a team environment; digital marketing environments, retail or hospitality exposure highly regarded
- Comfortable working independently and contributing to a team
