As Marketing Manager in travel payments, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, deepen customer relationships, and drive commercial growth.
Working with external agencies and cross-functional teams, you’ll create campaigns that showcase WEX’s leadership in travel payments. Through targeted digital and traditional channels, you’ll build awareness, engage key customers, and generate new opportunities. The role spans the full marketing mix - from content and thought leadership to lead generation and sales enablement - positioning WEX as the trusted partner for global payment innovation.
You’ll also shape marketing collateral that brings WEX’s solutions to life. From strategic narratives and customer stories to tools that empower sales and account teams, you’ll craft content that reflects WEX’s expertise, global reach, and distinctive voice in the travel payments space.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute integrated content and campaign plans aligned with key markets, business priorities, and target segments across the Travel sector.
Collaborate with Senior Content Marketing Manager, external agencies to create high-quality, multi-language content that aligns with social media strategies, campaign objectives, and customer engagement goals - across digital and offline channels, including email, landing pages, case studies, newsletters, blogs, press materials, white papers, and video.
Work closely with the Web and Digital Marketing teams to deliver optimised, customer-centric content across WEX’s multi-language websites in APAC• Support PR initiatives and earned media opportunities in collaboration with WEX’s PR team and agency partners to amplify brand visibility, content across target markets in APAC
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to design customer journey communications and retention programs that strengthen loyalty and drive growth.
Contribute to broader marketing initiatives including integrated campaigns, paid media, social content, and internal communications.
Develop and manage sales enablement materials—email templates, product sheets, FAQs, customer guides, presentations, and intranet sites —to equip Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service teams with impactful tools to engage clients and prospects.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the fintech, payments, or travel sectors.• Strong editorial and content marketing expertise with the ability to simplify complex financial or technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with advanced command of English.
• Proven ability to create and localise content across APAC markets, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural and regulatory nuances.
• Skilled at managing cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and agency partners.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for content generation, personalisation, and campaign optimisation.
• Hands-on experience delivering integrated social and digital campaigns, ideally using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Deep understanding of digital, content, and social media trends shaping B2B engagement and lead generation.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Creative and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving instincts and a focus on continuous improvement.
