Reporting to the Erborian Director, the Brand & Product Manager responsibilities will be working closely with the Sales and Online teams to ensure the Marketing strategy and plan delivered are channel specific, aligned with Brand objectives and profitability.
The Erborian Brand & Product Manager will lead the Erborian Marketing Calendar, ongoing brand presence and campaign execution across all channels. This strategic role will manage marketing priorities including fiscal budget and campaign planning, analysis & reporting, partnerships, forecasting of non-saleable, promotions, visual merchandising, and pricing strategies with a clear focus on an omnichannel brand execution. Driving consistent alignment across In store, Online, Digital channels and offline Media. This role will be managing one Marketing Assistant
What Will You Do?
MARKETING
- Together with the Erborian Director, lead UK & IRE marketing calendar to achieve business objectives and drive business through retail partners.
- With the support of the Erborian Director, ensure timely & strategic campaign planning, implementation, and analysis to include:
- Build each local campaign to include in-store animation, promotions, POS, VM and key messaging, leading a 360 omnichannel execution with key departments incl Wholesale team Digital, CRM, Coms, Sales, Online & Training
- Lead the strategy with w/s partners & work closely with the wholesale UK Team to drive 360 animation plans with key retailers, leading plan, execution and post campaign performance review
- Key interface with the Intl. team in France to provide market insights, feedback and local needs regarding product development and campaign tools.
- Lead the local planning meetings and forecasting strategy, working with Demand Planning and sales for saleable and non-saleable.
- Work to continually manage and improve levels of non-saleable Excess & Obsolete stock within the business, implementing efficient forecasting and clearance plans.
- Manage the creation of local packaging, sets and any specific tools for UK & IRE
- Oversee preparation of all FY planning presentations and retailer presentations
- Oversee plans and execution of Visual Merchandising for each campaign as well as permanent VM tools and in store display animations.
- Oversee post campaign reporting and analysis to include KPI’s, product & category insights, discount & promo review
- Partner closely with the Senior Consumer Engagement Manager to deliver omnichannel campaigns that drive maximum awareness, brand equity, recruitment, traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the wider team (Consumer Engagement, CRM, Ecommerce and Head of Sales) on traffic driving activities such as external sampling, store events, media promotions, brand partnerships etc. to drive brand awareness, conversion and recruitment.
BUSINESS NEEDS
1. ANALYSIS
- Lead Launch & Campaign P&L to understand performance & learnings for future campaigns
- Analyse performance of retailers 360 animation plans and provide recommendations on future campaigns
- Oversee the timely delivery of weekly/monthly reporting
- Lead regular competitor & UK market analysis, including NPD
2. FINANCE & PROMOTIONS
- Plan, monitor and closely manage marketing budget lines to ensure spend is efficiently maximised and controlled.
- Manage the planning and execution of all promotions include gift sets, GWP’s, PWP’s, external promotions, traffic drivers and partnership offers.
- Ensure product promotions are closely monitored to deliver on margin and discount targets.
 
 
3. PRICING
- Together with the Director and Head of Sales lead the local pricing strategy, running an annual price review in line with the market and budget expectations.
4. RETAILER & PARTNERSHIP MARKETING
- Develop and maintain good relations with retailer marketing and commercial teams for all brands.
- Present Marketing/brand strategy updates and innovation at bi-annual strategy meetings for both brands
- Plan partnership marketing activities in collaboration with retailers and Sales team and align with Sales team on marketing support for exclusive previews and launches for both brands.
 
 
CHARITY
- Working closely with the Communications team, as the UK lead for MIND
- Lead the 360-partnership execution with internal and external stakeholders.

The Perfect Candidate:
- 7+ years of previous experience in Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing preferably in a luxury Retail/ Beauty environment, with proven project management skills
- Excellent leadership skill and experience in the management and development of a team
- Experience in managing and implementing marketing activities across a retail network.
- Great can-do & team attitude
- Delivery / results focus, with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and commercial skills 
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
