The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Manager, Product Marketing to join our Asset Management marketing team.

Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, you will execute compelling go-to-market plans that will increase product penetration within both the credit union and third-party financial advisor intermediary distribution channels.
This role requires a driven and collaborative individual with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end multi-channel marketing programs, execute successful product launches, and develop effective sales enablement tools. A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement are essential, as is a detail-oriented, “get-it-done-right” attitude. The Manager, Product Marketing thrives in hands-on environments and is passionate about performance optimization.

What your day looks like:
- Develop and execute measurable flexible go-to-market plans for the Asset Management business line, collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams
- Apply trends in the financial markets, competitive landscape, digital platforms, and customer insights to create actionable plans to position our asset management products and solutions and bring value to our customers
- Translate complex information and data into compelling stories, working with internal teams to drive audience engagement and action
- Lead project implementation for program launches, marketing initiatives, events, and sales enablement materials (fund profiles, case studies, tools etc.), coordinating with a cross-functional team of business and marketing professionals
- Monitor, report, and optimize plans to deliver value and achieve targeted KPIs, evaluating strategy and execution to inform continuous improvement
- Ensure all communications comply with regulatory standards, established policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Build and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and stakeholders to leverage resources across product lines and delivery channels
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support business management and identify market and channel opportunities
- Proactively identify process gaps, propose effective solutions, and enhance operational efficiency
Your experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant product marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and implementing robust product marketing strategies both online and offline to maintain competitive advantage
- At least 2 years of experience within the investment management industry
- Demonstrated fluency in managing marketing activities across multiple channels in a B2B environment, working with various partners and engaging with the broader market
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets
- Proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Canada’s regulatory environment as it pertains to mutual funds asset management products and services is considered an asset
- Fluent English communication skills required; bilingual proficiency in French is an asset

Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
