If this sounds like a fit, we’d love you to be a part of it. About the Role:
We are seeking a Manager, Product Content Marketing to join our Pension Solutions team. This strategic, storytelling‑driven role brings CAAT’s product narratives to life across channels, translating complex, technical product concepts into compelling content that drives awareness, engagement, and growth. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales enablement, this role blends creativity with business acumen and thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
As the Newest Member of our Team, You’ll:
- Lead, mentor, and support team members responsible for content writing and event & conference execution, setting clear priorities and allocating workload to deliver consistently high‑quality experiences.
- Coach and develop the team’s capability in logistics planning, stakeholder management, and high‑impact event marketing.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with product positioning, value propositions, and customer journeys.
- Create high‑impact content such as product brochures, white papers, solution briefs, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and video scripts or treatments.
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to uncover customer pain points and align content to address them.
- Evolve the product voice and messaging to resonate with different buyer personas and industries.
- Lead content planning for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring clear, value‑driven messaging.
- Craft sales enablement materials, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, FAQs, and battle cards, to support frontline teams.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to integrate product content into multi‑channel campaigns.
- Use analytics to measure content impact on engagement, pipeline, and conversion, and continuously test, iterate, and optimize based on performance and feedback.
- Ensure all content is SEO‑optimized, aligned with digital best practices, and delivered through appropriate content management and marketing automation tools.
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Design, and Digital teams to create tailored, visually polished, and brand‑aligned assets that support key initiatives.
To Succeed, You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- 8–10 years in B2B content marketing, ideally tech, SaaS, retirement, fintech, or financial services, with leadership/coaching experience.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical products into value-driven, audience-friendly narratives through strong writing, editing, and storytelling across digital/print formats.
- Solid understanding of SEO, CMS (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot), and UX writing/customer journey mapping.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, managing multiple projects/deadlines, and producing/managing video, podcast, or interactive content.
- Exposure to product/solution marketing or technical writing is a strong preference.
