Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Content Marketing Specialist to help Creator.co become the most trusted voice in influencer marketing and shape how brands turn content into commerce.
Creator.co is building the category-defining platform at the intersection of the creator economy, performance marketing, and commerce. In this role, you’ll own how we educate the market, influence industry conversations, and build credibility with brands big & small.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends strategy and execution. You’ll write and produce content across blogs, social, video, case studies, and sales collateral, while also ghostwriting thought leadership for our CEO and VP of Marketing. Your work will support both brand-side and creator-side audiences, helping grow our community and turn insight into demand.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team where creativity and ownership are rewarded, and your work has real visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, and publish blogs, guides, reports, thought leadership, case studies, and sales content that position Creator.co as a leader in influencer marketing and the creator economy.
- Own SEO-driven content creation by researching keywords, aligning topics to our SEO strategy, and optimizing content to drive organic traffic, authority, and long-term demand.
- Write high-performing copy for landing pages, ads, and core marketing assets that support lead generation and conversion.
- Develop compelling case studies that showcase how brands use Creator.co to turn content into commerce, in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer teams.
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, long-form thought leadership, and other content for the CEO and VP of Marketing.
- Create and edit video content, including being comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
- Own content calendars and ensure consistency across channels, formats, and campaigns.
- Measure content performance and iterate based on SEO results, engagement, and impact on pipeline and brand visibility.
- Stay current on trends in influencer marketing, the creator economy, content marketing, and SEO best practices.
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills:
- Experience with sales or demand generation content.
- Familiarity with content management systems,, SEO tools, analytics platforms, and social scheduling tools.
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or digital marketing, preferably B2B SaaS or marketing platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Experience building content strategies that drive brand authority and demand generation.
- Comfort juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation Range:
We offer a starting annual salary of $60,000 - 75,000 CAD
