As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing and loyalty campaigns across the full customer lifecycle for users and drivers.
This role focuses on who we target, when, and through which channel, ensuring campaigns are well-segmented, data-driven, and optimised for performance. You will manage campaigns end-to-end across owned and re-marketing channels, working closely with content, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
This role requires strong execution discipline, analytical thinking, and comfort operating with data and performance metrics.

What you’ll do
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for both users and drivers.
- Drive marketing and loyalty campaigns across the full-funnel marketing lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Execute campaigns across multiple communication channels, including email, push notifications, in-app pop-ups, and other re-marketing channels.
- Develop and manage segmentation strategies to support campaign targeting, testing, and analysis.
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, and monitor competitor campaigns to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign strategy, execution, and alignment.
- Support the Marketing Manager in driving marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing initiatives and projects as required.
What we seek
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in campaign or lifecycle marketing, with hands-on ownership of integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel and lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns across owned and re-marketing channels such as email, push, in-app, or CRM tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing timelines, stakeholders, and performance targets.
- Comfortable working with segmentation, testing, and performance analysis to optimise campaign outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Self-driven and organised, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in tech, logistics, marketplace, or platform-based businesses serving multiple customer segments.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or campaign management tools.
- Data-oriented mindset with a strong interest in experimentation, testing, and optimisation.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup, targeting, and execution accuracy.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Comfortable taking ownership while knowing when to escalate or align with the Marketing Manager.
