Role Profile
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – APAC (Field, Digital & Strategy).
This is a strategic, hands-on regional marketing role requiring strong expertise across Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Strategy. You will lead the execution of integrated marketing plans aligned to sales objectives, designing and delivering multi-channel strategies across Asia-Pacific markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning regional go-to-market execution through campaigns, events, ABM programmes, and digital demand engines, working closely with sales and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable pipeline impact.
You will report to the Global Head of Marketing and liaise with sales to help grow business in both new logo and existing customer segments. This is an excellent opportunity to someone who is looking to make an impact in a high-growth company and keen to take challenges in a start-up environment.
This role operates under a balanced working model between home and our Singapore Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of field, digital, and integrated marketing programmes across APAC.
- Own regional event strategy, including executive forums, industry events, conferences, and partner-led activations.
- Drive digital demand generation strategies across email, social, paid media, SEO/SEM, ABM, and retargeting.
- Build and execute full-funnel campaign strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Partner closely with sales leadership on account-based marketing, territory planning, and revenue acceleration initiatives.
- Lead regional localisation of messaging, product communications, and campaign assets.
- Own vendor, agency, sponsorship, and partner relationships regionally.
- Manage end-to-end event communications, partner coordination, and sales intelligence.
- Be highly data-driven—analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and report on ROI, pipeline contribution, and funnel conversion.
- Develop compelling narratives, thought leadership campaigns, and content strategies.
- Own regional marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, data, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
Essential Skills
- Proven expertise across Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Strategy.
- Strong experience driving pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just activity metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management across sales, product, partners, and agencies.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance metrics, dashboards, and attribution.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and commercially minded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as:
- Paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Email marketing & automation platforms
- Social media management tools
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Eloqua preferred.
- Experience with ABM platforms and intent data tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred but not mandatory.
Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
