Role Overview
We're looking for an Industry Marketing Manager to elevate our industry-specific messaging and content strategy across key verticals including Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities.
You'll be a critical part of the EMEA ABM & Vertical Marketing team, reporting directly to the ABM Director. Your mission? Drive the development, enablement, and evangelization of compelling vertical message and content tailored to our priority industries and accounts

Your Responsibilities
- Own and execute vertical-specific content strategies that align with our business objectives and existing solution messaging.
- Conduct ongoing industry research to stay ahead of regional trends, client challenges, and market opportunities.
- Understand sales priority and strategies, solution offerings, and existing value propositions and how they strategically relate with industry issues and top client needs.
- Partner effectively with other marketing team members (communications, Field Marketing, PR, demand management, content, creative, events) and external agencies to support content and message wide concurrent campaigns and initiatives.
- Create and adapt content for various channels – email, blog, social media—as well as long-form assets like eBooks, solution briefs, and industry insights reports.
- Develop a comprehensive vertical content roadmap, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Enable field teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development) by ensuring message consistency and clarity.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness and results of marketing campaigns and recommending ways to improve future content performance
We Are Looking For
An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, within the IT or Cybersecurity industry.
- Ideally you should have an engineering background or similar qualification, in addition to your Marketing experience.
- Familiar with the concepts or solution of the OT/IT convergence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level fluency required); additional European languages are a plus.
- Proven experience with content strategy, creation, and performance measurement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to drive and optimise processes and deliver against deadlines.
- A balance of creative thinking and analytical mindset – you're as comfortable brainstorming big ideas as you are optimizing them.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external agencies.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude – you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
