Job Description
This role supports a U.S.-based consumer banking organization that offers a broad range of banking, payments, lending, and investment services. The team focuses on digital sales transformation and enhancing the experience of existing customers. The individual will manage cross-sell and merchandising strategies for existing customers across travel, spend, and loyalty card products.
- Define and lead the end-to-end digital commerce roadmap and strategy for existing customers
- Own offer placement and merchandising strategy, supported by data-driven insights
- Use analytics and performance data to guide optimization, personalization, and agile test-and-learn initiatives
- Identify and recommend new features and experiences to increase engagement and loyalty
- Drive year-over-year growth across key metrics such as customer visits and engagement
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure platform performance against goals
- Lead experimentation and innovation efforts to continuously increase customer value
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, technology, operations, and risk teams to achieve business objectives
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in ecommerce leading strategy and execution preferred.
- Knowledge of Digital sales and revenue drivers, Placement & Merchandizing strategy, marketing performance insight and Analytics dashboards.
- Demonstrated customer centricity to shape solutions and meet financial goals.
- Drive innovation through Digital experience by leveraging analytics.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Pay range for this position is $55 - $65 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
