About the internship
This is a marketing internship designed to combine structured learning with real world exposure inside a live startup environment.
You will work closely with the founding team and alongside senior marketers and advisors with 10+ years of experience. The focus is learning how modern marketing actually works across content, partnerships, distribution, and growth, not just completing isolated tasks.
This is an unpaid internship intended for students or early career marketers seeking meaningful, hands-on experience.
Duration: 3 months Time commitment: Around 20 hours per week Location: Hybrid, Melbourne
What you will learn and gain exposure to
Over the course of the internship, you will gain guided exposure to the full inaam marketing system, including:
- Short form content and brand storytelling
- Campaign ideation and creative testing
- Email marketing and CRM funnels
- How audiences move from awareness to action
- Partnerships with creators, media, and aligned brands
- Distribution across social, events, community, and owned channels
- How different marketing pillars work together as a system
- How strategy turns into execution inside an early stage company
You will learn through observation, assisted contribution, feedback, and reflection, with clear context around why decisions are made and how success is measured.
