About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead field marketing initiatives across ANZ. In this role, you will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and join a well-established business on the cusp of significant expansion. You will plan, execute, and optimize programs that elevate brand awareness, boost customer engagement, and accelerate pipeline growth.
You will collaborate closely with the ANZ sales team to ensure alignment and measurable impact, while also partnering with global campaigns, brand, communications, and product marketing teams. What a day in the life looks like:
· Design and execute localised lead generation campaigns and field events aligned with global strategy and regional sales objectives.
· Plan and deliver high-impact regional events, including conferences, trade shows, roundtables, and corporate hospitality.
· Drive ABM programmes for strategic accounts and whitespace opportunities to accelerate pipeline growth.
· Develop compelling customer case studies, webinars, and advocacy programmes to support sales enablement.
· Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable ROI across all initiatives.
· Manage sponsorships and speaking opportunities at industry events to maximise brand visibility.
· Execute targeted digital campaigns across LinkedIn, intent-based platforms, and paid media channels.
· Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategy.
· Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and partner summits to enhance ecosystem engagement.
· Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, agencies, media outlets, and suppliers.
· Track key marketing metrics, analyse ROI, and leverage insights to optimise future campaigns and elevate brand positioning in ANZ.
What you bring to the team:
· 3-5 years’ B2B marketing experience in software, technology, or supply chain (preferably growth or demand generation).
· Proven experience supporting multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
· Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
· Hands-on, adaptable, and results-driven with excellent project management skills.
· Proactive and self-motivated; thrives in autonomous environments.
· Solid digital expertise across social media, EDMs, websites, and content marketing.
· Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo, On24, Salesforce, Monday.com, 6sense, and CoPilot.
· Willing to travel, including potential international trips.
· Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
