Marketing Operations Manager
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be a key player in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on HubSpot. They will partner with product marketing to identify and define target personas and ideal company profiles. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem-solver with a passion for process optimization, data quality, and the strategic use of marketing automation to drive business growth.
What You Will be Responsible For:
- MarTech Stack & Systems Management • Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for our marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub. • Technical Implementation: Implement and manage marketing assets such as forms, CTAs, and trackable assets. • Ensure proper lead flow and attribution. • Integrations: Manage integrations with key platforms like Salesforce, Zoom, and others, ensuring a seamless flow of data between systems. • System Maintenance: Proactively manage and maintain the technology stack, including user permissions and system updates.
- Data Governance & Quality • Data Integrity: Be directly responsible for the health and cleanliness of our HubSpot database. Partner with Director of Data to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. • Data Enrichment & Hygiene: Implement strategies and tools for data enrichment and regularly perform maintenance tasks, including deduplication and data standardization. • Segmentation & Personas: Manage the creation and maintenance of a well-structured contact database, enabling targeted marketing efforts through sophisticated segmentation and persona data. • Compliance: Ensure all data practices are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Workflow & Process Optimization • Lead Management: Maintain and optimize lead scoring models and routing rules to ensure qualified leads are delivered to the right sales reps in a timely manner. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate system processes to increase efficiency and scalability. • Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and engagement.
- Collaboration & Support • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing and Business Operations to ensure a seamless lead handoff process to agentic AI and SDR. • Stakeholder Support: Provide support and training to internal stakeholders on HubSpot functionality and best practices.
- Qualifications • HubSpot Mastery: An expert user of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub, with deep, hands-on experience in advanced features, system administration, and automation. • Salesforce Integration: In-depth knowledge of setting up and managing a seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce.

- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and creative problem-solver who can troubleshoot technical issues and optimize processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field. Certifications from major marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce are highly valued.

Compensation
- The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $71,250 and $95,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
