We’re looking for a Director of Social Media to strengthen and grow our digital presence. Reporting to the VP of Social Media & Communications, this role will lead social strategy, manage daily execution, and deliver measurable growth across platforms. The Director will oversee content planning and performance, ensure consistent brand messaging, and identify opportunities to expand reach and engagement. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in social media management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proven track record of creating strategies that drive results. This position offers the opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of our social media presence and achieving meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and help approve social media content and posts across X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Rumble, and podcasts
Lead the execution of a results-driven social media strategy with a focus on video views, subscriber growth, web traffic, app downloads, and donations
Create, optimize, and manage daily content that leverages breaking news and trending topics
Ensure all content aligns with our mission, values, and brand voice
Track, analyze, and optimize reporting on key performance metrics to drive strategy decisions
Elevate our storytelling through high-impact, timely campaigns
Collaborate across teams to capture in-the-moment content that fuels engagement

What You Bring to the Table:

8-10+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field
A deep understanding of social media strategy, audience growth, and content trends
A track record of success on platforms like YouTube, X, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
The ability to juggle multiple projects, plan ahead, and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional writing, communication, preparation, and organizational skills
A passion for digital storytelling and the ability to turn insights into action
A strong leader and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires collaboration, and knows how to rally a team toward success
An analytical, problem-solving mindset and strong discernment and tenacity

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $130,000 - $170,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
