This role ensures residents and members receive clear, timely, and profession communication across multiple channels, while also promoting amenities, events and community initiatives.
- Content Creation: Developing and managing marketing content across multiple channels, such as emails, landing pages, and presentations.
- Digital Execution: Managing marketing automation in platforms like HubSpot and ensuring effective use of SEO tools.
- Campaign Management: Executing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Lead Generation: Supporting sales enablement efforts and coordinating direct mail campaigns and event logistics.
- Website Management: Managing and updating webpages and landing pages, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the service industry.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools.
- Experience with digital ads.
- Content optimization are also valuable.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
