What will you do as Marketing Director?
The Marketing Director is responsible for the development and execution of MMI’s comprehensive marketing strategy. This role oversees all marketing functions, with a primary focus on digital channels, performance marketing, and the optimization of the full marketing funnel. The Marketing Director uses a combination of market intelligence, consumer insights, and data to inform decisions, measure results, and continuously improve campaigns and processes, while ensuring alignment of all marketing efforts with MMI’s mission, brand, and growth objectives.
Key Duties include:
- Leadership & Strategy
- Marketing & Lead Generation
- Directing all marketing efforts, including website, SEO/SEM, paid search, paid social, email, marketing automation, content marketing, and affiliate marketing relationships.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Management
- Content, Brand, & Communications
- Budgeting & Partner Agency Management
A top candidate will have a strong background in Digital Marketing, Direct to Consumer Marketing, and Agency Management. A background in financial services is a big plus.
