Other. is excited to offer a 4-month, full-time Internship on our Performance Marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build real, practical experience in digital media and contribute to active campaign work from day one.
Our internships are hands-on, fast-paced, and designed to give you exposure to how a modern media team operates. You’ll work closely with experienced strategists, gain in-platform experience, and learn how paid media drives results for clients across industries.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will support our Performance Marketing team with campaign execution, reporting, and optimization across Paid Social and Search channels. You’ll be guided by a Performance Marketing lead and collaborate with both Digital Strategy and Client Service teams.
Your work will include:
- Assisting in all phases of digital media execution including media buying, campaign setup, QA, and ad traffickin
- Monitoring performance across multiple channels and helping identify optimization opportunities
- Participating in creative testing and learning how to interpret results
- Helping build reporting and performance updates for internal and external meetings
- Gaining exposure to media strategy, client goals, and in-platform tools
- Supporting project coordination and team communication

- Develop an understanding of campaign strategy, performance metrics, and optimization
- Practice analyzing data to uncover insights
- Work on programs across a variety of industries including retail, health and wellness, ecommerce, and travel
- Build foundational skills that often lead to full-time roles on the Performance Marketing team

Compensation
This is a fully paid internship. There is potential for full-time employment beyond the internship based on performance.
