The Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Product Marketing will help accelerate growth for the HelloFresh and Chefs Plate brands in Canada by leading strategic brand initiatives, shaping product marketing, and driving regional strategies rooted in local consumer insight. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Product Marketing for Canada, this leader will play a pivotal role in crafting breakthrough marketing programs, influencing cross-functional decision-making, and developing a high-performing team.

Brand & Strategic Leadership
- Champion brand strategy, value propositions, and impactful messaging that drives positive perception for the meal kit brands in Canada
- Lead the annual brand calendar, establishing key themes and programming to drive awareness, consideration, and brand equity.
- Oversee development and execution of above-the-line (ATL) creative assets and partner with the media team to deliver high-impact local campaigns.
Product Marketing
- Lead local product marketing strategy to maximize core menu visibility, increase adoption, and drive new product uptake
- Collaborate with product and culinary teams to translate consumer insights into new product concepts, positioning, and messaging
- Own all product marketing communications—from education to menu innovations—finding breakthrough ways to drive consumer awareness and interest across a suite of channels
Consumer Insights & Regional Strategy
- Serve as the champion of Canadian consumer insights, uncovering regional nuances and influencing brand and product strategies. Conduct research and testing to address local knowledge gaps, identify growth opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
- Oversee strategy and localized communications for Quebec, ensuring cultural resonance and performance.
Operational & Team Leadership
- Partner with various global and local teams to share local learnings and influence Canada campaign needs
- Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and KPI reporting
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports, fostering growth and accountability
- Support additional strategic initiatives as needed

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in brand and/or product marketing within Tech, CPG, or DTC environments
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing direct reports.
- Strong background in brand strategy, multi-brand portfolio management, and navigating matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record of successful product launches, including defining positioning, target audiences, and value propositions.
- Experience developing regional strategies and campaigns for Quebec.
- Natural consumer curiosity and a strong ability to translate insights into action.
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills, with experience driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
- High learning agility and a hands-on, builder mindset, with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and risks.
- Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of P&L drivers and a structured data driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
