Job Summary: The Corporate Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for elevating EndeavorB2B’s marketing performance by owning our HubSpot Enterprise platform and leading best-in-class marketing operations. This role blends technical expertise, process design, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are deployed efficiently, data is governed effectively, and marketing teams are empowered with the tools, training, and insights they need to drive measurable results.
Essential Job Function:
- Own HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise administration, including setup, onboarding, user roles, permissions, SSO, and market-based partitioning to ensure secure and efficient use of the platform.
- Maintain overall system health through regular audits, data cleanup, and property governance, ensuring data quality and consistency across markets and teams.
- Build, refine, and scale workflows, nurturing sequences, and lead scoring models that support demand generation, customer marketing, and sales enablement.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, the Sales CRM, and the broader martech stack, ensuring accurate data synchronization and reliable reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and journey analytics that clearly communicate campaign performance, funnel health, and revenue impact, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing teams to support campaign execution across email, landing pages, forms, and gated assets, overseeing campaign structure, segmentation, and tracking standards.
- Lead email operations by designing and maintaining the end-to-end deployment framework, defining QA processes, and establishing governance for personalization and dynamic content.
- Champion compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations; configure HubSpot and related systems accordingly and provide training so marketers follow requirements in their day-to-day work.
- Serve as the internal HubSpot expert, delivering training, documentation, and guidance that translate business needs into scalable processes and configurations.
- Continuously evaluate platform updates, tools, testing methodologies, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements that increase efficiency, performance, and platform ROI.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub, preferably at the Enterprise level.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot Enterprise capabilities, including workflows, automation, dashboards, partitioning, adaptive testing, and revenue attribution.
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing operations, including campaign deployment, quality control, and deliverability optimization.
- Proficiency with integrations, APIs, and CRM data synchronization between marketing and sales systems.
- Strong data management, reporting, and dashboarding skills with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and content teams.
- HubSpot Certifications (Administrator, Marketing Hub) required.
- Bonus: experience with sandbox environments, custom objects, predictive scoring, enterprise security (SSO), and advanced email testing platforms (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).
We are excited to share the salary range for this position is $60,000- $65,000, exclusive of fringe benefits. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
If you are hired for this position at EndeavorB2B, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
