Brief Summary of the Job
The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of marketing processes, data analysis, and creative design initiatives that drive organizational growth. This role combines technical expertise, operational efficiency, and creative skills to ensure campaigns are effective and measurable. Reporting to the Manager of Sales and Marketing, the Specialist will collaborate across teams to design dashboards, generate insights, and produce creative assets that enhance campaign performance and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and custom reports to track performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
- Partner with the sales and marketing teams to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns through process management and coordination.
- Design creative assets including graphics, presentations, and visual materials for campaigns and outreach.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across channels.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related roles.
- Proficiency in analytics and dashboarding tools (e.g., Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong creative design and graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
