We’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our marketing engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and intelligently through process automation, data accuracy, and campaign optimization.
As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll own the systems and processes that power our go-to-market engine. You’ll manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, support campaign execution, maintain data hygiene, and help us turn insights into action. You’ll work cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Web Development, Demand Generation and Revenue Operations to ensure our marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and aligned with business growth goals.
What you’ll do:
- Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot HubSpot Marketing Hub and its integration with Salesforce CRM.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure seamless data flow between systems and accurate reporting.
- Maintain database integrity across all systems, conduct channel field analysis and cleanup, enrichment, and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot and Salesforce to measure marketing performance, attribution, and ROI.
- Support demand generation campaigns with audience segmentation, automation setup, and performance tracking.
- Ensure campaign tagging, UTM structures, and data capture align with our analytics framework.
- Document and evolve marketing operations processes to scale with company growth.
About you:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or revenue operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required) and Salesforce CRM (required).
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and data governance.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) and database management preferred.
