Mission
Be a leader and mentor for clients who want to go viral on short-form with their e-learning / coaching product and become a “viral coach”.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you won’t just answer client questions—you’ll be their mentor, strategist, and biggest supporter. You’ll help them create their first viral video, celebrate their wins, and hold them accountable to the work that gets results.
This is a leadership role for client success: you’ll guide clients step-by-step, making sure they see progress, stay motivated, and continue building with us long after the initial program ends.
When clients enroll in our service they’re doing it to get from where they are now to where they want to be in some way, shape, or form. The Account Manager helps them fully experience all the benefits of the Viral Coach program so that they CAN arrive at their desired situation more quickly and effectively, and with fewer challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a portfolio of up to 30 clients (part time) or up to 50 clients (full time) through onboarding, strategy calls, and growth milestones.
- Help clients create and refine short-form content strategies that drive results.
- Diagnose challenges, remove roadblocks, and keep clients accountable to their goals.
- Host group Q&A sessions and engage actively in our client community.
- Build long-term client relationships and foster retention beyond the initial program.
- Collaborate with the Viral Coach team to improve systems, training, and client outcomes.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Agency or corporate experience in social media account management, client success, or coaching.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and short-form content trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, leadership presence.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple accounts at once.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you thrive on helping others succeed.
- You’ve personally created short-form content with strong reach or viral results.
- Experience with social content strategy and creation, e-learning, or online coaching industries.
- Success in a client facing role managing a portfolio of clients, and ability to manage 30-40 clients concurrently.
- Comfort using tools like Slack, CRM platforms, and project management systems.
- Availability 9-5 in your time zone and flexibility during MST work hours.
