To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager - Corn and Extruded (fixed term 12 month parental leave contract) role.
As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, leading and delivering the short and long-term growth initiatives across all drivers (media, comms, innovation, in store, etc.) across Corn and Extruded brands to meet both brand and business objectives (increase brand affinity, drive LT penetration gains, grow NR and share).
Responsibilities Key Responsibilites
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term brand growth strategies using PepsiCo frameworks. Build brand health and partner with global teams to adapt strategies for local market nuances.
- Innovation & Commercialization: Develop a robust innovation pipeline aligned with consumer insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless commercialization and execution of new products.
- Advertising & Media: Lead creative development and communication strategies that strengthen brand equity. Design and implement integrated media plans to maximize ROI and competitive advantage.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with agencies and internal teams to deliver consumer-preferred initiatives. Ensure alignment and inspire collaboration across functions.
- Team Development: Coach and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture and leveraging PepsiCo’s people development processes.
Qualifications About you
- Bachelor’s Degree Minimum
- 10 years sales / marketing experience, preferably within FMCG environment
- Superior leadership skills, including ability to see the bigger picture, strategic thinking andenergising others
- Proven ability to lead and implement large cross functional projects
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to lead strategy for brands
- Ability to influence others
