The Role
As Strategic Growth Specialist, you’ll shape and drive the growth strategy across our specialist technology division, leading the development of our 5-year marketing plan, defining our market focus and path to competitive advantage.
Taking ownership of market analysis, customer insight, and strategic planning, you’ll identify opportunities for sustainable growth and translate them into actionable initiatives that deliver real impact.
Who/What We’re Looking For
- Analyse markets, competitors, and customer needs to define our value proposition
- Identify new market and geographic opportunities
- Experience in strategic marketing or consulting, ideally within high-tech manufacturing, metallurgy, or heavy industry
- Strong ability to conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into growth strategies
- Proven experience developing and delivering strategic business cases
- Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive, with a curious approach to problem-solving

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in our London office and has a hybrid work pattern. Some travel may be required.
