Position Overview
We’re looking for a Campaign & Growth Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - someone who can combine creative thinking with commercial rigour, strategy with hands-on execution, and ideas with measurable impact.
This is a hybrid role across content, digital, and events, designed for a marketer who loves taking campaigns from concept to completion. Working directly with the VP of Marketing, you’ll shape narratives, run experiments, and continually refine what works - using data, AI, and creativity to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution — across content, social, email, paid, and events.
- Develop creative campaign concepts that connect Avantia’s legal and compliance expertise with commercial outcomes for our clients.
- Work collaboratively with leadership, subject matter experts, and design to build cohesive, insight-led narratives.
- Write and edit content across channels (landing pages, thought leadership, emails, social).
- Optimise campaign performance through data and experimentation — tracking results, identifying opportunities, and refining approach.
- Leverage AI tools to scale content and campaign execution efficiently.
- Run event marketing - from client roundtables to industry partnerships - ensuring campaigns integrate seamlessly across channels.
- Build repeatable campaign playbooks that can scale as Avantia grows.
Essential Requirements
· 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, tech-enabled services, or SaaS.
· Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing - from awareness to lead generation and nurture.
· Proven ability to blend creativity with data, balancing storytelling with performance.
· Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift.
· Excellent written communication - you can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
· Confident using marketing automation, analytics, and AI tools.
· Experience managing campaigns across content, digital, and events.
· A proactive self-starter who thrives on ownership and accountability.
Desirable Expertise
· Prior experience in white collar or professional service environment in a B2B capacity.
· Exposure to multinational marketing and localisation processes.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject. (Ideal but not required).
