What we're looking for
We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketing Lead -- the person who will build Omnea’s growth engine as we continue to scale across Europe & the US. You’ll be the architect and operator of our full-funnel motion, driving awareness, intent, and pipeline through experimentation and high-quality execution.
You’ll partner closely with commercial associates and sales to accelerate the path from awareness to revenue. You’ll be the founder of our growth function -- hands-on, data-driven, and obsessed with results. If you want a 'normal' marketing job, this definitely won’t be the job for you. What Can You Expect?
- You’ll be the founding growth marketer at one of Europe’s most promising scale-ups, working alongside an experienced GTM team who have built and scaled category-defining SaaS companies before
- You’ll build the engine that powers our next phase of growth -- designing and executing the full-funnel strategy that takes Omnea from a fast-growing Series B company to the category leader in AI Supplier Relationship Management
- You’ll own how the market discovers, understands, and engages with Omnea. You’ll take responsibility for our digital ecosystem (website, paid channels, landing pages, SEO, email, and content activation) and turn awareness into high-quality pipeline for the sales team
- You’ll create, launch, and iterate full-funnel campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, ABM, email, content distribution, and collaborate with our Community & Events Lead to generate revenue and accelerate enterprise sales cycles
- You’ll become the best person in the company at understanding the procurement buyer, the triggers that signal intent, and the messaging that resonates -- using data, experiments, and direct feedback from sales conversations to sharpen our GTM motion
- You’ll be incredibly hands-on: writing copy, building landing pages, running experiments, setting up campaigns, analysing funnel performance, and shipping improvements daily. You’ll move quickly, test aggressively, and scale what works
- You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer, bringing market insights directly into the business and helping influence product direction, positioning, and messaging. You’ll have a uniquely broad view across the company compared to a typical marketing role
- You’ll play an active role in shaping Omnea’s presence in the market -- supporting events, customer stories, partnerships, and external moments that increase awareness and credibility among CFOs, procurement leaders, and operators
- As we scale our GTM function, you’ll have an outsized impact on the business -- owning one of our most important levers (growth) and potentially building out a team of your own. We operate as a meritocracy, and there are no limits to your growth here
About You
- You’re ambitious and hard-working, and you’ll succeed at whatever you put your mind to. You have natural GTM instincts and a sharp commercial intuition. Most importantly, you understand that growth isn’t traffic or leads, it’s revenue
- You have +7 years of experience in growth, demand generation and marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with enterprise buyers. You’ve worked closely with Sales before, sat in pipeline meetings, and know how to build campaigns that turn awareness into SQLs and revenue
- You’re a full-stack, hands-on growth marketer. You can write great copy, build and optimise landing pages, run paid campaigns, analyse performance, run experiments, and manage your own tools and systems. You also comfortable managing agencies or freelancers when needed and can work independently or collaboratively to drive outcomes
- You’ve consistently performed at a high level -- whether measured by pipeline generated, revenue influenced, CAC improvements, or experiment velocity. You have a track record of making a meaningful impact on growth
- You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business. You want more responsibility, ownership, and speed than a traditional marketing role can offer. You’re motivated by a challenge, competition, and seeing your work directly move key metrics
- You’re data-driven and metrics-obsessed: conversion rates, attribution, pipeline velocity, intent signals, and CAC are second nature to you. You’re comfortable using HubSpot, 6sense or similar tools to make fast decisions
- You’re an outstanding communicator. You can simplify complex ideas, craft sharp messaging, and understand the psychology behind why certain campaigns work. You’re strong verbally, in writing, and when presenting insights to GTM and leadership
- You’re collaborative and cross-functional. You partner naturally with Sales, Product, and Customer teams and bring people with you. You’re low-ego, high-ownership, and always focused on what moves the business forward
- You want to help build a generational company. You want to create the growth engine that becomes a competitive advantage and a core part of Omnea’s identity. You’re excited by the opportunity to build something from scratch -- and own it as it scales
