The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who can turn visibility into measurable growth—combining creative experimentation with data-driven decision-making. This is a hybrid strategic + executional role, perfect for someone who loves both analyzing data and testing bold ideas.
Working three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) in our Chelsea studio, you'll drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels. You'll work directly with the founder and our creative team to design, run, and optimize campaigns that grow our customer base efficiently. What You'll Be Doing
Growth Strategy
Define and execute digital growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
Identify and prioritize the most effective growth levers (Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer partnerships, etc.)
Manage and optimize marketing funnel performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate)
Acquisition
Plan and run paid media campaigns while managing our digital agency (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Collaborate with content and creative freelancers to produce high-performing ad assets
Develop and test cost-effective growth hacking techniques
A/B test creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to drive lower CAC
Retention & CRM
Manage and optimize email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo)
Develop retention strategies: welcome flows, post-purchase, reactivation campaigns
Work with the team to boost repeat purchase rates and referral performance
Analytics & Optimization
Track and report on key growth KPIs weekly (CAC, ROAS, CPA, conversion)
Use tools like Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
Translate insights into actionable experiments and clear next steps
Collaboration
Work alongside the founder, designer, and social/content team
Brief creative assets, copy, and influencer partners while tracking KPIs
Present growth experiments and results to the wider team monthly
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years' experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in DTC/e-commerce
Proven track record managing campaigns with measurable ROI in lifestyle brands
Comfortable using Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and Meta Business Suite
Data-driven and fluent in A/B testing, CAC/LTV analysis, and conversion optimization
Creative mindset—can brief and evaluate great content (especially short-form video)
Strong communication and collaboration skills; thrive in startup environments
Startup or scale-up experience where you've driven real growth
Nice to Have
Experience in luxury homeware, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
Track record with growth hacking and cost-effective acquisition strategies
Agency experience working across different clients
Knowledge of influencer partnerships and user-generated content strategies
