Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Partner and collaborate with internal teams including strategy, content and creative and external technology vendors to deliver email marketing campaigns.
Conduct quality assurance analysis of all email campaigns.
Manage the delivery of messaging requests to customers and prospects.
Troubleshoot and fix any problems that may occur during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emails.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend campaign improvements based on analytics. 
Proactively identify opportunities for email marketing growth and revenue generation.
Keep up with the latest email best practices and marketing trends.

Qualifications Required Skills:

Must be highly driven and passionate about marketing, analytics and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CSS, and HTML.
Strong writing and proof-reading skills.
Excellent organization and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and success interacting with senior-level executives.
Excellent collaboration and partnership skills.
Self-starter that can multi-task and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with email marketing platforms and tools. (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus).
