Position Summary :This position supports the regional Commercial and Marketing Team (primary), the Chief of Staff, Regional LMR Team (both secondary) and Country Managers for APAC region. The incumbent will be supporting the accurate and timely implementation of all marketing initiatives, and responsible for marketing coordination of customer or team events, management of complaint reports, product packaging and labeling reviews, competitor tracking, and other projects as assigned within the team.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities of Position- Provide Marketing support to the APAC SR team by coordinating day-to-day Marketing activities and implementation with countries in the region.
- Manage event planning process for internal and external regional events (e.g. trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars etc). This includes agency management, communication, preparation of agenda, preparation of creative materials etc.
- Support with implementation of marketing programs and campaigns as identified in the regional and local plans, coordinating with various teams and managing timelines; this may include content creation, proofreading, translation and localization of materials, website and database content management. Follow LMR (Legal, Medical and Regulatory) processes through Veeva Vault platform, ensuring timely submission.
- Provide reporting and documentation support for post-event summaries, team presentations.
- Coordinate customer feedback channels, coordinating responses and reminders with country teams.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator, preferably in Medtech industry handling multiple countries
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent written & oral communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, work independently, and manage competing priorities
