Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Business Support
Support day-to-day client relationships and assist in project development and execution for B2B and G2B clients in industries including but not limited to technology and public sector.
Learn to provide strategic support and contribute to digital, campaign and content initiatives under senior guidance.
Assist cross-functional teams in delivering integrated campaigns with strong organizational skills, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
Support an integrated and channel-agnostic approach across projects, helping connect content, creative, and media elements.
Assist in developing project briefs and research materials, working closely with strategists, paid media specialists, video producers, writers, and designers.
Stay current with trends and developments in digital marketing, creative B2B communications, and client industries.
Contribute to building the team's collective knowledge in digital, content, and integrated communications through active learning and sharing.
Support budget tracking, resource planning, and team coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in new business development processes and contribute to client relationship building.
Help identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and campaign delivery processes.
Integrated Marketing & Connections Planning Support
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, helping translate strategic insights into digital-first content, PR, influencer, social media, and paid media activations.
Learn to understand complex B2B and G2B subject matter, working with content and creative teams to ensure messaging accuracy and platform appropriateness.
Develop understanding of paid social media fundamentals, including basic setup, targeting concepts, and performance monitoring.
Build familiarity with major social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter), learning publishing workflows and performance interpretation using third-party tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Falcon).
Gain exposure to digital tools for social listening, analytics, SEO, CMS, and marketing automation (e.g. Talkwalker, Socialbakers, Google/Adobe Analytics, WordPress), learning to derive basic insights for campaign support.
Assist in defining and tracking KPIs across integrated marketing campaigns, learning to use performance data for campaign assessment and optimization support.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduate or up to 1- 3 year of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, PR, digital marketing, or related fields (internship experience welcome).
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts, with eagerness to learn about campaign planning and execution.
Demonstrates analytical thinking and willingness to learn digital analytics and data interpretation.
Basic knowledge or interest in learning SEM, SEO, CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and CMS platforms is a plus.
Understanding of or interest in integrated marketing principles and how digital touchpoints connect to business objectives.
Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and self-motivated personality.
Enjoy working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and take direction from senior professionals.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with support in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills and eagerness to grow professionally.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
