What you will do
Execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels, from planning and setup to QA, launch, reporting, and iteration.
Build and refine user segments, supporting personalized and localized journeys that increase activation, engagement, and retention.
Contribute to the development and optimization of automated lifecycle flows, ensuring proper documentation, QA, and scalability.
Design, implement, and analyze structured A/B tests, translating insights into actionable recommendations for campaign and product teams.
Deliver concise weekly performance insights, turning data into opportunities for optimization and experimentation.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally with measurable impact on engagement or retention.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, user segmentation, and campaign strategy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, MoEngage).
Experience tailoring campaigns for different user segments, regions, or lifecycle stages.
Passion for user engagement, personalization, and lifecycle growth strategies.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing email templates.
