[What the role is]
The Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) is the training arm of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. It drives capability development for the Singapore air hub and provides capacity building for the international community. We are seeking a Marketing and Outreach Trainee to join SAA. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans to promote SAA and its programmes, enhance its brand visibility and position SAA as a leading aviation academy.
[What you will be working on]
You will be responsible for marketing and outreach efforts and initiatives to promote the Singapore Aviation Academy to local and international trainees. You will:
Work with SAA’s Management and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement the overall marketing and communications strategy and plans for SAA
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote SAA courses and programmes.
Create compelling content for various platforms including website, social media, brochures, digital bulletin / newsletter and promotional materials.
Manage the academy's digital presence through social media platforms, email marketing, and search engine optimisation.
Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimise campaign effectiveness.
[What we are looking for]
Training in marketing, communications, business administration or equivalent
Exposure to marketing (including digital marketing), content creation, campaign management and implementing marketing and outreach initiatives
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Versatile self-starter with strong strategic mindset, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills; and
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
