We’re hiring a strategic, data-driven Global Performance Marketing Director to lead and unify digital acquisition efforts across APAC, North America, and EMEA. This role is responsible for setting the global Performance Marketing vision, ensuring cross-regional consistency, and driving scalable, high-impact growth programs across Paid Media channels. You'll oversee a team of performance marketers, acting as a Centre of Excellence for strategy, testing, budgeting, measurement, and enablement ensuring each region consistently executes with agility and alignment to strategic and commercial business goals.

Responsibilities:
Define the global Performance Marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/Display, Video, and Native platforms.
Standardize global reporting frameworks, UTM taxonomy, campaign naming conventions, and test methodologies to ensure transparency across channels.
Serve as the internal owner of Performance Marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, DV360, etc.) and manage relationships with global vendors or agencies.
Define and oversee a global experimentation roadmap by channel, including campaign types, creative testing, audience segmentation and bidding strategies.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, pipeline velocity, and attribution insights across regions to demonstrate the value of Paid Media.
Collaborate with product marketing, content, brand & communications, sales, and sales operations to drive cross-channel cohesion and maximise performance output.
Requirements:
Must-Haves
Deep knowledge of Paid Media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Programmatic, DSPs), Marketing Analytics tools, and MarTech stacks.
