Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert (Consultant) with proven B2C growth experience to help us drive qualified traffic and user sign-ups at the best possible CAC-to-LTV ratio. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience scaling consumer-facing products and knows how to achieve growth efficiently across multiple acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize existing B2C acquisition channels : Organic and Paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.).
 - Design and execute cost-efficient campaigns focused on reducing CAC while improving LTV.
 - Identify, test, and scale new consumer growth channels (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube influencers, newsletters, referral programs, etc.).
 - Implement A/B testing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
 - Collaborate with the content and product teams to improve conversion funnels and onboarding flows.
 - Develop clear reporting dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate, retention, and traffic quality.
 - Provide weekly performance insights and actionable growth recommendations.
 
Key Metrics / Success Indicators
- Sustainable CAC/LTV ratio improvement.
 - Growth in user acquisition and activation.
 - Increase in free-to-premium conversion rate.
 - Positive ROI across paid and organic channels.
 
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2C growth or performance marketing, ideally in a fast-scaling digital product or marketplace.
 - Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
 - Experience with funnel optimization, A/B testing, and marketing analytics tools
 - Demonstrated ability to lower CAC while maintaining high retention and LTV.
 - Data-driven, autonomous, and highly execution-focused.
 
Nice to Have
- Background in HRTech, EdTech, or SaaS-to-consumer environments.
 - Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to scale growth.
 
- Flexible, fully remote collaboration.
 - 2–3 month consultancy with potential for ongoing engagement.
