<p><strong>About the Role</strong><br><br>Codestone is seeking a talented&nbsp;<strong>Demand Generation&nbsp;Marketing Executive</strong> to join our global marketing team.&nbsp;We’re seeking a skilled marketing professional who enjoys&nbsp;delivering revenue driving content, events, and digital marketing initiatives on a global scale.<br></p><p>In this dynamic role, you’ll lead and contribute to a broad range of marketing projects that support our strategic objectives. These include digital and in-person events, targeted digital campaigns, customer communications, collateral creation, and both internal and external communications.</p><p>You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider Codestone business, including Sales, Delivery, Product, and People &amp; Culture teams.&nbsp;This is a varied and hands-on position that spans the full marketing mix.</p><p></p><hr><p><strong><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></strong><br></p><p></p><ul><li><strong>Digital Events:</strong> Plan and deliver webinars, online seminars, and virtual roundtables, managing targeting, stakeholder engagement, and partner liaison.</li><li><strong>In-Person Events:</strong> Oversee sponsorship logistics, collateral, merchandise, and staff briefing for UK and global events. Develop follow-up strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.</li><li><strong>Digital Marketing:</strong> Manage website updates, SEO, user tracking, reporting, paid advertising, and email campaigns using HubSpot.</li><li><strong>Customer Marketing:</strong> Execute multi-channel campaigns to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.</li><li><strong>CRM Management:</strong> Maintain accurate data, segment target lists, manage campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and report on engagement metrics.</li><li><strong>Collateral &amp; Content:</strong> Work with designers and copywriters to create brochures, thought leadership content, and promotional materials.</li><li><strong>Internal Communications:</strong> Support company-wide updates, product announcements, and regular marketing communications.</li><li><strong>Budget &amp; Admin:</strong> Manage budgets, negotiate supplier fees, track costs, process invoices, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.</li></ul><p></p><hr><p><strong><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></strong><br></p><ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.</li><li>CIM Diploma or equivalent professional marketing qualification.</li><li>3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or professional services.</li><li>Hands-on experience with digital/online webinar platforms (GoToWebinar, Teams) and in-person event coordination.</li><li>Strong knowledge of website content and design principles (WordPress, Google Analytics).</li><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and email campaign management.</li><li>Skilled in creating marketing collateral and communicating effectively across teams.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).</li></ul><ul></ul><hr><p><strong>You will bring the following behaviours:</strong><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Proactive and self-motivated</strong>, with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to achieving results as part of a team.</p><p><strong>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</strong>, with the ability to tailor messages to suit different audiences.</p><p><strong>Independent and resourceful</strong>, able to generate ideas, identify challenges, propose solutions, and manage projects with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with colleagues.</p><p><strong>Commercially minded</strong>, with an understanding of how marketing contributes to wider team and business objectives.</p><p><strong>Highly organised and detail-oriented</strong>, with strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.</p><p><strong>Meticulous attention to detail</strong>, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.</p><p><strong>Strong interpersonal skills</strong>, with the ability to build positive, productive relationships and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.<br><br> <br></p><p><strong>Apply now</strong> to join our marketing team and drive campaigns that deliver results!</p>
