What You’ll Do
- Build, test, and refine a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube. 
- Lead day-to-day content production — writing, creative direction, publishing, and community moderation. 
- Architect and enforce our platform-specific tone of voice and visual language. 
- Translate internal initiatives, product rollouts, team milestones, and macro trends into credible content arcs. 
- Identify amplification, partnership, and influencer opportunities aligned with our institutional brand. 
- Monitor and report on performance with a focus on pattern recognition, not vanity metrics. 
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, R&D, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure cohesion and compliance.

- 2+ years managing brand accounts in regulated, scientific, or culturally sensitive sectors.

- Deep platform fluency — understanding what works, what doesn’t, and how to experiment responsibly. 
- Operational maturity — you bring structure, reliability, and strategic discipline to every project. 
- Strong alignment with our values: urgency, ownership, accuracy, and teamwork. 
- Experience managing external vendors (designers, freelancers, brand partners) a plus. 
- Bonus: prior exposure to life sciences, wellness, biotech, or CPG industries.

- Prior experience managing regulated or high-visibility brand accounts. 
- Familiarity with digital tools, workflow platforms, or analytics systems. 
- Track record of improving engagement quality and organizational impact. 
- Experience managing or mentoring creative contributors. 
- Demonstrated initiative outside of core responsibilities.
