What You’ll Do
Build, test, and refine a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube.
Lead day-to-day content production — writing, creative direction, publishing, and community moderation.
Architect and enforce our platform-specific tone of voice and visual language.
Translate internal initiatives, product rollouts, team milestones, and macro trends into credible content arcs.
Identify amplification, partnership, and influencer opportunities aligned with our institutional brand.
Monitor and report on performance with a focus on pattern recognition, not vanity metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, R&D, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure cohesion and compliance.

What You Bring
2+ years managing brand accounts in regulated, scientific, or culturally sensitive sectors.
A portfolio that demonstrates sharp writing, creative instinct, and restraint.
Deep platform fluency — understanding what works, what doesn’t, and how to experiment responsibly.
Operational maturity — you bring structure, reliability, and strategic discipline to every project.
Strong alignment with our values: urgency, ownership, accuracy, and teamwork.
Experience managing external vendors (designers, freelancers, brand partners) a plus.
Bonus: prior exposure to life sciences, wellness, biotech, or CPG industries.
