We are currently seeking a Marketing and Brand Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in architecture and design, and who enjoys working across a variety of tasks that support brand consistency and communications.
About the Role
Working closely with our Creative Director, Operations Manager, and external creative team, this role is responsible for ensuring brand alignment across all platforms and materials, supporting day-to-day office operations, and collaborating across multiple brands within the group.
This position offers an opportunity for growth and development and as the Collective continues to expand there is a strong potential for the role to evolve in scope and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule on-brand content across social media platforms
- Support internal communications including newsletters and staff events
- Collaborate with external agencies and photographers
- Maintain brand consistency across internal documents, presentations, and communications
- Help coordinate photography, copywriting, and content updates for websites and marketing materials
- Provide general office support including organising staff functions and assisting with internal communications
- Assist the operations team with administrative or coordination tasks
About You
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or social media management
- Strong interest in architecture or design, preferred
- Comfortable working across multiple brands within the same group (all of which share the same values and focus)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experienced with social media tools and basic design software (e.g. Adobe Suite)
