We’re the people partner for a global leader in the wine industry, seeking a Marketing Executive – Partnerships to join their team in Surry Hills.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, email and social — working closely with internal teams and external brand partners to ensure every campaign lands on time, on brand, and on budget.

The Role
As Marketing Executive – Partnerships, you’ll coordinate and optimise marketing campaigns end-to-end. You’ll manage timelines, brief creative teams, liaise with partners and track campaign performance. Expect variety: from planning partner launches and digital assets to reporting on campaign ROI and identifying ways to lift performance.
You’ll also:
- Support campaign planning and execution across partner portfolios. 
- Create and manage briefs for digital, print, and email activity. 
- Liaise with partners, data, creative and customer teams to keep projects moving. 
- Track results, update forecasts, and contribute insights to improve future campaigns. 
- Assist with reporting and campaign profitability analysis. 
About You
You’ll thrive here if you’re proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple moving parts. You’re commercially minded, communicate clearly, and enjoy seeing your work come to life in market.
You bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing campaign delivery or coordination. 
- Strong project management and stakeholder skills. 
- Confidence using Excel and marketing analytics tools. 
- Experience collaborating with external partners or suppliers. 
- A mix of creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail. 
Bonus points for experience in partnership marketing, print, or FMCG/eCommerce sectors.
