We’re seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Product and Customer Marketing team, specialising in the Consumer Lending portfolio, for a 12-month parental leave cover.
In the Consumer Lending domain, the Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth by crafting compelling customer value propositions and leading integrated go-to-market strategies for key lending products. Leveraging deep customer and market insights, they will define target segments, shape messaging, and orchestrate full-funnel marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels. By aligning closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Digital, and Customer Intelligence—they will ensure seamless execution, optimize marketing performance, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes, all while maintaining compliance and enhancing the customer experience.

What you’ll do
- Develop customer-led portfolio strategies by translating market, customer, and competitor insights into compelling value propositions for personal lending products.
- Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns, orchestrating full-funnel activity across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive acquisition and engagement.
- Shape messaging and creative direction, ensuring communications are on-brand, benefit-led, and resonate with target segments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Digital, Customer Intelligence, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
- Optimise marketing performance through test-and-learn roadmaps, attribution modelling, and data-driven investment decisions.
- Coach and uplift the marketing team, setting direction, reviewing work, and fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture.
