Core Responsibility: Lead strategy and execution of high-budget paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, driving acquisition and retention growth for e-commerce clients.
KPI: Paid social revenue growth, ROAS, CAC targets, creative testing success

Core Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and manage large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
- Build structured testing roadmaps for ads, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Optimise campaigns to consistently achieve CAC/ROAS targets.
Creative Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to deliver thumb-stopping, high-performing ads.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide creative direction.
Client Relationships
- Act as the senior paid social advisor in client meetings.
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations with clarity.
Team Contribution
- Support junior buyers with best practices and mentorship.
- Contribute to refining the agency’s paid social frameworks.
Requirements
What Success Looks Like
- 6 Months: Owning and optimising high-budget accounts independently.
- 12 Months: Leading paid social strategy for flagship clients, trusted for strategic impact.
- 24 Months: Progression to Paid Social Lead, mentoring a team and shaping agency-wide paid social delivery.

Skills & Experience
- 3+ years managing Meta/TikTok campaigns.
- Proven success scaling accounts above £50k+/month.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce acquisition funnels.
- Client-facing experience with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
