Job Purpose
The Product Marketing Manager the strategic bridge between Product, Sales and Marketing, embedding ICP insight, and competitive intelligence into differentiated value propositions, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
Own the strategic positioning and go-to-market strategy for the our mid-market Transform solutions– including Trados and Language Weaver.
This role ensures that each product and solution within the Transform pillar is clearly defined, market-ready, and supported with the insight, messaging, and content required to drive commercial success.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that each product and solution within the Transform offering is clearly defined, market-ready, and supported with the insight, messaging and content required to drive commercial success - across all stages of the funnel.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and win/loss interviews.
- Monitor industry trends and translate insights into product and messaging recommendations.
- Develop and maintain buyer personas.
- Manage product launches and releases, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful execution.
- Lead the development of product positioning and messaging. Work closely with the product, services and engineering teams.
- Define unique value propositions for different customer segments.
- Develop and maintain strategic messaging frameworks aligned with buyer personas.
- Work with content and demand generation teams to create thought leadership and funnel specific assets.
- Build and maintain enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in B2B technology organization is required.
- B2B Product Marketing experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within a mid-to-large sized corporation
It would be great if you also had…
- Product Marketing experience in software, data or services
- Prior experience working in Language Technology and Services industry
- Experience with a global/multi-national matrix organization
