DTC Digital Advertising & Email Marketing Manager
Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs Onsite) Reports to: VP, Digital
About the Role
We’re looking for a DTC Digital Advertising & Email Marketing Manager to play a key role in accelerating the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, lifecycle marketing, and ecommerce performance, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable partnering with agencies while owning results. You’ll work closely with paid media, brand, creative, and ecommerce partners to ensure our digital investments are driving measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with a paid media agency to manage and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, and remarketing channels.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to ensure consistent brand storytelling across email, paid media, and on-site experiences.
- Work with internal creative and design teams to deliver cohesive, conversion-focused creative.
- Monitor campaign and website performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Own the email marketing strategy on the Klaviyo platform, including lifecycle automation and campaign execution.
- Develop and optimize automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
- Analyze email performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue contribution) and continuously optimize.
- Partner with paid media teams to build highly targeted segments and personalized messaging based on customer behavior.
- Develop and manage a customer loyalty strategy to maximize lifetime value.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with a strong bias for execution.
- Experience managing and partnering with a paid media agency (Google Ads, social platforms, etc.).
- Proven success driving revenue through email marketing and lifecycle programs.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and marketing automation tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce best practices.
- Solid understanding of conversion optimization, customer journeys, and performance metrics.
- Analytical and data-driven decision maker.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Nice to Have
- Footwear and/or apparel DTC marketing experience.
