THE ICONIC is seeking a Marketing Platform Specialist to join our customer team to drive our brand partnerships and elevate our market presence. You will assist in driving brand partnerships sales strategy, focusing on ICONIC campaigns, media solutions, sponsored products, and paid social initiatives. You will manage relationships with our Marketing Platform clients
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of Marketing Platform partners, acting as the day‑to‑day contact for campaign and performance questions.
- Execute business development by increasing brand partners to the marketing platform.
- Support Partnerships Managers in growing Marketing Platform revenue by identifying upsell, cross‑sell and test opportunities for existing and new partners.
- Translate partner objectives into Marketing Platform and paid performance proposals, including basic forecasts and recommended investment levels.
- Build, traffic and optimise Marketing Platform campaigns (set‑up, SKU selection, budgets, bids) to deliver on partner KPIs and commercial targets.
- Monitor performance and provide regular, insight‑led updates to partners and Partnerships Managers, including clear next‑step recommendations.
- Educate partners on Marketing Platform capabilities, positioning the product as a core part of their always‑on and campaign media plans.
- Ensure all recommendations balance partner growth, platform best practice and THE ICONIC’s customer and brand standards.
- Support the launch of new Marketing Platform solutions, including the development of brand facing materials, and collaborating with internal teams to define and refine end to end process workflows
- Own the continuous updating of solution case studies and brand-facing materials ensuring content is accurate, current and aligned with Marketing Platform best practice.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media and performance metrics.
- Experience using online advertising or retail media platforms and reporting tools.
- Confident working with data; able to turn insights into clear optimisation actions.
- High attention to detail in campaign set‑up, tracking, billing and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management; able to handle multiple campaigns.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM and ad platforms.
