Our Financial Institutions team is growing, and we’re looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to support and expand our content presence across the credit union ecosystem. In this role, you will create clear, compelling, and educational B2B content that helps credit unions better understand, adopt, and promote Prizeout. About This Role:
The Content Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for producing high-quality, informative content tailored to credit union partners, including marketing materials, partner communications, product education resources, and industry-specific storytelling. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Partner Success, and Financial Institutions teams to ensure partners have the content and tools they need to communicate Prizeout’s value to their members.
This is an in-office position, requiring employees to be onsite five days per week at our NYC headquarters.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and produce B2B content targeted to credit unions and financial institutions, including:
-- blog posts, case studies, and partner spotlights-- email campaigns and newsletters-- sales enablement materials and one-pagers-- product updates and educational resources
- Collaborate with Partner Success and FI teams to translate partner needs and product capabilities into clear, actionable content.
- Maintain an organized content calendar including LinkedIn and other channels, helping plan and schedule deliverables across multiple teams.
- Support partner-facing communications during feature releases, program launches, and member marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating templates, guides, and operational documentation that simplify partner workflows and improve consistency.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging standards while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze content performance and partner engagement to inform and improve future deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related role - preferably in B2B, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into accessible, engaging content.
- A portfolio of writing and/or marketing samples (professional or academic) demonstrating clarity, tone, and structure.
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Figma to create on-brand visual assets, templates, and simple marketing designs.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback from multiple teams.
- A proactive communicator with strong attention to detail and an operational mindset.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows.
- Willingness to work five days per week in-office.

Compensation:
The expected annual salary range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000.
