Key Responsibilities:
· Partner Marketing Strategies: As a key leader within the OCI Partnerships organization, be responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies to support the growth and success of our product integrations
· Partner Programs: Establish marketing programs that can scale across an ecosystem of partners with tiers based on partner type, size and engagement level
· MDFs & Budgets: Develop and management budgets for partner marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources that drive significant ROI
· Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage a portfolio of marketing campaigns and activations including events, webinars, etc.
· XFN Collaboration: Build and maintain trust with key internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Work closely with sales team to support partner driven sales opportunity and drive revenue growth
· Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, provide guidance, mentorship and support to ensure the team’s success
· Performance/Data Oriented: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all activities, using data to inform future strategies and implementations.
