Responsibilities
Atlassian is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Trust Product Marketing team. In this role, you will drive the go-to-market strategy for compliance-related features and regulated solutions across our portfolio, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of regulated industries and enterprise customers.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Customer Success teams to shape product strategy, influence the roadmap, and communicate the value of mission-critical compliance capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your work will help build trust with customers by demonstrating how Atlassian products support their regulatory, security, and privacy requirements, so that they can confidently unlock the value of our cloud products.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that highlight Atlassian’s compliance capabilities (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR).
- Own messaging and positioning for compliance & regulated industries, ensuring clarity and differentiation in the market.
- Partner with Product Management to inform the product roadmap based on insights from customers, markets, and regulations.
- Create customer-facing content, including solution briefs, whitepapers, presentations, demos, and enablement materials.
- Enable sales and customer-facing teams with collateral and training to address compliance-related customer needs and objections.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product and marketing strategy.
- Support customer engagements, industry events, and webinars to build awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Proven track record marketing to enterprise organizations, ideally for SaaS solutions targeting IT buyers.
- Medium technical proficiency—able to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Core Skills:
- Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
- Collaborative team player, creative thinker, and open to feedback.
- Process and operation-minded looking for more efficient ways to operate & collaborate
