About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Growth to build, operate, and scale the systems that power Nivoda’s acquisition, activation, and category expansion.
This is a high-impact, hands-on IC role for someone who can design growth loops, run experiments at high velocity, and use AI and automation to drive measurable revenue every single week. You’ll build the engine that accelerates activation, improves CAC efficiency, and expands customer value across all Nivoda categories.

Nivoda is transforming how jewellers buy and sell diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery. We power vertical commerce at scale - serving independent jewellers, Shopify merchants, and B2B2C retailers around the world. As we move from $30M to $100M+ revenue, we’re building an AI-powered growth engine to accelerate new customer purchases, activation, and category expansion across our global base.
This role is central to that mission.
What You’ll Do
- Own the weekly growth engine - increasing weighted new customer purchases, reducing CAC, and speeding up activation across global markets.
- Run paid acquisition end-to-end across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels - designing campaigns that target jewellers, retailers, and vertical commerce buyers.
- Build and operate lifecycle automation in HubSpot to improve onboarding, FP conversion, retention, and category expansion.
- Operate Nivoda’s agentic GTM stack - using AI to generate creative, build automated landing pages, run AI-driven A/B tests, and partner with RevOps to maintain fully automated reporting loops.
- Own the growth experimentation pipeline - from ideation and prioritisation to execution, analysis, and iteration.
- Develop and test new acquisition channels (SEO, partnerships, communities, B2B2C content loops) to diversify and scale lead flow.
- Map customer psychology across jewellers, retailers, and DTC merchants - translating insights into experiments that drive ARPU and category adoption.
- Collaborate with Product to improve onboarding UX, reduce time-to-value, and identify product-led growth opportunities.
Who You Are
- 5-10+ years in growth, performance, demand gen, or similar roles in SaaS, marketplaces, or product-led companies.
- Hands-on depth across paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and experimentation-led growth.
- Experience building lifecycle automation and CRM-driven journeys in HubSpot.
- Strong analytical capability - able to interpret behaviour, diagnose funnel gaps, and build metrics that reflect revenue truth.
- A builder’s mindset: you’ve operated growth systems before and know what “good” looks like from acquisition → activation → expansion.
- Comfort working with AI tools - from creative generation to funnel optimisation to automated reporting.
- Understanding of retail workflows, Shopify merchants, or vertical commerce is a strong advantage.
- Ability to move quickly, handle ambiguity, and ship experiments with speed and precision.
